The actual charge refers to the daily room rate.
* Includes self-service breakfast (based on room type: 2 guests for double room bookings; 4 guests for quadruple room bookings).
* Includes Sabon Body Scrub Small White Tea 60gr (based on room type: 2 guests for double room bookings; 4 guests for quadruple room bookings).
* Includes Cozzi Café tea bag(based on room type: 2 guests for double room bookings; 4 guests for quadruple room bookings).
* Meals are provided for 1~4 guests according to the actual number of occupants of the room.Meals and gifts in the special plan are not included for the extral person. If necessary, additional fees will be charged.
* The room rate includes 10% service charge and 5% tax.
Remarks：

2. The booking can be canceled or changed at the latest seven days before the check-in date after the booking is confirmed.

All bookings during New Year holidays (2024/12/30-2025/01/01) need to pay 50% of total room charge as deposit before 2024/12/16.
All bookings during Chinese New Year holidays (2025/01/28-2025/01/31) need to pay 50% of total room charge as deposit before 2025/01/14.
All bookings during New Year holidays (2025/12/31) need to pay 50% of total room charge as deposit before 2025/12/17.
In accordance with Taiwan Tourism Bureau’s cancellation policy during New Year holidays, our cancellation charge is as follow:
· Cancel or no-show on arrival day will charge 100% of deposit.
· Cancel 1 day prior of arrival will charge 80% of deposit.
· Cancel 2-3 days prior of arrival will charge 70% of deposit.
· Cancel 4-6 days prior of arrival will charge 60% of deposit.
· Cancel 7-9 days prior of arrival will charge 50% of deposit.
· Cancel 10-13 days prior of arrival will charge 30% of deposit.
· No charge is to be levied if cancelled before 14 days prior of arrival.
