※ As part of our commitment to sustainability, this program does not provide disposable amenities (including toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs, razors, shower caps, cotton pads, cotton swabs, sanitary bags, slippers, lotion, etc.).
※ In an effort to reduce environmental impact, we do not provide full room or bedding cleaning services for consecutive stays (e.g., vacuuming or changing bed linens). Only trash bags and toilet paper will be replenished. If staying for more than two nights, cleaning will be offered after the second night.
※ The room rate includes 10% service charge and 5% tax.
Remarks：
1. Reservations can be cancelled and changed 3 days before arriving after the booking is confirmed. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the full amount of the first night will be charged.
2. Asia Miles members cannot get member 250 miles.
3. AMAZZING CLUB members can get member 5% discount on this package. Applicable for members point accumulation.
4. This package cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion.
5. Update Notice: member points and various coupon types
– Various coupons cannot be combined (including cash coupons, group coupons, restaurant coupons, travel exhibition coupons, suite upgrade coupons, room upgrade coupons, etc.)
6. CHM reserve the right to change any content of the campaign without notice.
All bookings during Chinese New Year holidays (2025/01/28-2025/01/31) and New Year holidays (2025/12/31).
In accordance with Taiwan Tourism Bureau’s cancellation policy during New Year holidays, our cancellation charge is as follow:
· Cancel or no-show on arrival day will charge 100% of deposit.
· Cancel 1 day prior of arrival will charge 80% of deposit.
· Cancel 2-3 days prior of arrival will charge 70% of deposit.
· Cancel 4-6 days prior of arrival will charge 60% of deposit.
· Cancel 7-9 days prior of arrival will charge 50% of deposit.
· Cancel 10-13 days prior of arrival will charge 30% of deposit.
· No charge is to be levied if cancelled before 14 days prior of arrival.
