To continuously enhance the member service experience, AMAZZING CLUB will optimize the booking system and adjust the point redemption process. Starting immediately, the instructions for member bookings and point redemptions are as follows:

Booking Method: After logging in, select the hotel, room type, and dates to complete the online reservation.

Point Redemption:
To accommodate the new booking system, point redemption for room charges will now be handled at the front desk upon check-in.
Members can notify front desk staff to use points during check-in, and the staff will assist immediately.

This adjustment is part of the AMAZZING CLUB Member Experience Upgrade program, aimed at ensuring system stability and improving overall service efficiency.
