1. Lucky Draw Rules: During the event period, members can log in daily from 12:30 PM to claim one online lucky draw entry. Unused entries expire daily and do not roll over to the next day.

2. Points Delivery & Expiry: Point rewards will be automatically deposited into your member account and can be viewed under "Points History." Points are valid for 3 months from the date of issuance.

3. Voucher Delivery: All dining vouchers will be sent as e-vouchers and are valid until December 30, 2026. The usage rights and restrictions of each voucher are subject to the terms stated thereon.

4. Shipping Policy for "Taihu Brewing Gift Set" and "Tea Waltz Mid-Autumn Festival Gift Box":These physical gifts will be delivered via Chunghwa Post with free shipping, restricted to the main island of Taiwan only (deliveries to offshore islands or overseas locations are not supported). The AMAZZING CLUB will contact the winners via their registered member email within 7 working days.

5. Taihu Brewing Gift Set: Items in the "Taihu Brewing Gift Set" are dispatched at random. Contents may include the Taihu Canvas Tote Bag, Taihu Hi-Beer Light, classic LOGO T-shirt, Tipsy shot glass, classic LOGO beer glass, and the Pride-themed phone lanyard set. The actual received items shall govern.

6. Age Verification Policy: As the Taihu Brewing Gift Set contains alcoholic beverages, only individuals aged 18 or older are eligible to claim this prize in accordance with local regulations. Winners must provide a valid government-issued ID to verify their age when submitting their winner information form. Eligibility will be verified prior to reward issuance and shipping. Winners who are under 18, fail to provide requested documents, or fail verification will be disqualified. Disqualified prizes will not be reissued or replaced.

7. Tax Compliance: For prizes with values exceeding NT$1,000, winners are required by tax law to declare their winnings. AMAZZING CLUB will reach out via email within 7 business days of winning to provide the necessary tax forms. Vouchers will be issued once the completed and signed documents are returned within the designated period. 8. Tax Declaration for Prize Winners: According to Taiwan tax law, prizes are considered taxable income. Annual winnings exceeding NT$1,000 must be reported. Prizes worth NT$20,010 or more are subject to 10% tax. Non-residents are subject to 20% tax, collected by the organizer with a withholding certificate issued.

9. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Cathay Hospitality Management reserves the right to modify, suspend, or interpret the terms of this promotion. In case of any discrepancies, the information announced on the official website shall prevail.
