LE CIRQUE - BOOKERS INCENTIVE PROGRAM
Le Cirque is the booker’s incentive program of Novotel Manila Araneta Center designed to reward those who influence business to the hotel from corporate, government agencies and associations for their individual bookings of 1 to 9 rooms.
- Membership is by invitation only.
- All corporate accounts, government agencies, associations with signed corporate contracts for 2019.
- A company can have more than one Le Cirque member provided that he/she is authorized to handle individual room bookings. Membership will commence upon receipt of the email confirmation letter and membership number.
- Notwithstanding anything herein, NMAC reserves the right to refuse any applicant from participating in the membership program with or without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
- NMAC assumes that the member is sanctioned by the company to participate in this program. Should there be issues or requests from the management of the member’s company for the termination of their staff’s membership, NMAC may send the member a notice of termination of membership and forfeit all points earned without need of member’s consent.
- It is the member’s responsibility to quote their Le Cirque membership number or email address when making reservations otherwise points will not be credited.
- The Le Cirque points are based from qualifying room rates: Corporate rate, Best Available rate and Local resident rates (if booked by the member).
- Bookings not made directly to the hotel or through the brand site using the corporate account # are not eligible to earn points. Barter agreements and room concessions (no rate bookings) do not qualify to earn points.

A point is computed based on revenue and translated below.
- point for every Php 100 revenue, excluding taxes and service charge. Service charge, taxes and other incidental charges are not eligible for Le Cirque points.
- Points earned are non-transferable from one account to another (i.e. sister companies or affiliates) unless authorized by the mother company.
- Bookings prior to the commencement of membership are not counted, non – retroactive.
- Should the registered member resign from the company he is employed with, the points earned will be transferred to the newly appointed booker based from the authorization letter issued by the company turning over the unredeemed credit to his replacement.
- Total points earned may be checked by the member within 24 hours after guest/s check out. In the case of discrepancies in earned credits, NMAC records shall prevail.
- The booker’s email address or membership number must be provided when making the reservation.
- An account profile in Opera will be created for each member company. This profile is interfaced with the Blueberry program of GHS which extracts the required information within 24 hours after guests departure. For each account profile, multiple bookers can be recorded.
- Members may redeem their Le Cirque points for rewards are www.lecirquemanila.com under Le Cirque Members’ Portal – Rewards section.
- Minimum Le Cirque point levels apply to each reward. Please refer to the Rewards Catalogue of the website for more details.
- Upon redemption online, members shall collect their reward vouchers for Novotel Manila Araneta Center products and services. Members shall advise their intention to use the reward vouchers at the point of reservation. Utilization of the reward vouchers is subject to availability.
- For non Novotel Manila Araneta Center certificates, processing may take a minimum of two weeks.
- Unused reward vouchers cannot be returned for credit to the Member’s accounts or exchanged for cash.
- Points will expire six months after it is earned and credited to the member. Unredeemed points will automatically expire without further notice to the member.
- Double dipping is not allowed.
- Lost / stolen / damaged vouchers will not be replaced. Once redemption is confirmed, no further changes will be allowed.
- Use of the voucher is subject to the Terms & Conditions stated on the voucher and must be utilized within the period specified on it.
- A voucher issued to the member, is not refundable or exchangeable for cash or for another reward. Once redemption is made and confirmed, no further changes will be allowed.
